The charge to edit your video is also $75.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
Editing includes everything from the obvious, (changing the order or deleting specific parts) to special effects, transitions, graphic design, logo design, video titles,
and music.


Streaming Your Video on the Web

We will upload your windows media files to your server and create links from your website to play them on demand. There is a one-time charge for this service in the amount of $95.00 per clip.


Encoding Your Video

As an alternate plan, if you are able to upload and link your video clip(s) to your
website on your own, we will convert them from video to Windows Media, Real Player or Quicktime files. according to the following price schedule:

This charge is $99.00 for the first ten minutes or less of video and $50.00 for each additional ten minutes.

A 30 minute video, for example, would, therefore, be $199.00 to encode.

The most common format for encoding video for streaming is Microsoft Windows
Media files.

Each additional format, for example, Real Player or Quicktime would be half price, meaning $100.00, for example, for each additional 30 minute video.

There are also two common download speeds for each of the formats:

Windows media files for broadband (dsl or cable)
Windows media files for 56k modems

Real player files for broadband (dsl or cable)
Real player files for 56k modems

Quicktime files for broadband (dsl or cable)
Quicktime files for 56k modems


Why Window Media and not Real Player or Quicktime?

Virtually all computers already have the Microsoft Windows Media Player as it comes included with the operating system and/or the Explorer browser.


Streaming Video Hosting

If your website is hosted on a server that supports the Microsoft Windows Media
Player, you are more than welcome to host your streaming video on the same server that hosts your website.

If your web host does not support Windows Media, you are more than welcome to
host your streaming video, with or without the rest of your website, on our Microsoft Windows 2003 Advanced Server @ $239.40 per year, which breaks down to $19.95
per month with annual pre-payment.

There are no additional charges for bandwidth or usage or each time a user streams your videos.


What exactly is Streaming DVD?

Because videos are large files, we suggest presenting them as individual, smaller,
one to two minute clips.

Each clip will have an individual thumbnail photo and therefore, a separate click-able
link determined by or based on specific subject matter or category.
